CAROUSEL VIDEOS...HOW LONG?

  Thought Id give it another go.

  This time I only got to watch the 4 odd numbered ads.

  Only problem is now it shows I have earned no redeemable credits.

  I did have some 16  or so before I watched anything today.

  I had a feeling that part would stuff up along with the rest of it.

  So I redeemed a hundred last week.

  So glad I did.

   

  It would seem that WGT is in no hurry to fix the Carousel issue.

  Now this. Mmm.

  Beginning to wonder if it is to be dispensed with?

  ^^^  I've mentioned this before as well. If carousel is causing so many problems for WGT, why don't they just have the videos on a grid or something similar?

  If the vids are to continue, surely there must be a better format or layout that wouldn't present the problems we've seen in the past and at present.

  What more can I say?......all who posted here have proved there is an issue that needs addressing.

  Compared to some of the other major issues on here...(disconnects etc) I don't suppose this is high on the list of "fixes" but at least we're stating the problem and can only hope someone is listening. I'll keep posting daily anyway....

  Tonight I couldn't even see the carousel. It wouldn't load and kept getting errors using Maxthon.

  Eventually after trying a few other browsers, I managed  7 views on carousel after using Palemoon. The usual odd numbers first and then the even vids after a few refreshes.

  Seems to be getting worse in my area anyway.

  Been working good for 3 days now on chrome. all 7. last 2 days didn't even need a refresh... credit where due

  Problems the same the world over, perhaps a phone number could be found by some very efficient person and we could speak to them.  Once the telephonists quits from being overworked they may remedy the issue

  ^^^^  I'm afraid Chrome doesn't work for me at all, either playing or watching vids. I'm glad though, that it's working for you at present Pipeous.

  I managed 7 views on carousel tonight. Got the odd number vids no problem, but had to log out and back in to access the even numbers.
