    I thought, as in real golf, you had to make your T-time and then the round was a go. (unless you were warned several times for slow play). Imagine my shock when I was on the green of the last hole when I was notified that time had run out and my score would not count. I should think once you are playing you should be allowed to finish.

    1) Look in the CCs - they state "finish in time". It's common to all tourneys.

    2) You might save a Bracket round - how long should the competitors wait for you to finish? A day? A month? ...
