  Having to deal with an ongoing problem I haven't been able to play for quite some time.

  I had been thinking about quitting all together. I received the decision maker from WGT yesterday.

  After being here for almost a year, and the money spent playing, their idea to get me back was the offer of 1 worthless ball, if I played right away.

  Thanks for helping me make my decision WGT.

  Man.... that sounds just like what at&t pulled with me. I told them their On Demand is a disgrace, which it is, among other poor programming. Told them I would be paying the $90 early termination fee, and dropping cable, phone, & internet, and their $220/month bill.

  Got 2 emails almost instantly from them. One offered me half off the rental of a movie. That's it. HAHAHA! 1 ball? Un-Freaking-Believable.....

  Ya,Maybe just stop giving out free stuff all together..lol.Too many complain about getting thing's for nothing...

  I can't guess what the decision was...mine was to receive the free ball. The heart ball is fun to goof around with when feeling goofy. What is not a guess is the reaction to playing this game. One is at once consumed with love for it and relax long term with it, or, they expect too much from it, figuring it owes something...it doesn't owe anybody anything ~SP~

  So is your issue for not playing WGT related or is this a personal issue which doesn't allow you to play? Not real clear on that part.

  If this is personal, not sure why you'd think WGT should somehow come up with a plan to keep you playing by offering you 'stuff', that's kinda silly.

  If it's a WGT/game issue that's making it unbearable to play or something along those lines well, ya... Why on earth would you think they care whether you play or not? Good lord there's been far far higher profile players leave here and WGT didn't bat an eye so far as 'paying' them to continue playing.

  My only advice, and I speak from much experience is, don't sell your gear. Quit all you want, go out in a blaze of profanity and mud-slinging, just keep your gear.

  I fully agree with Sweetie Pie on this....this game, for all its technical frustrations, is a fairly inexpensive hobby...a way to relax and enjoy camaraderie and friendship. I know many fisherman who thoroughly enjoy going out every morning, regardless if they actually catch anything, just for the joy of doing it...the peace and relaxation it brings them. I also know many veterans and others who are invalid or house bound....playing this game, skyping with friends and other players, improves their quality of life...and it's impossible to put a price on that.

  Sweetie Pie has it right. WGT doesn't owe a thing to any one. It's their game and you play or not. They decided I wasn't worth a look after taking my 1566 CDP, so I backed off. No loss to WGT at all.

  When somebody offer u a gift,u say thank you and if u cant give something in return, at least  be nice and have some nice words.

  I liked the gesture and all i have to say is THANK YOU WGT!!!
