  The spreadsheet shows a bolded and bordered block of 2-3hrs for each match that is the suggested overlap.

  Here is a zoomed-in snapshot, showing the overlapping time for your group of 4. UTC time is on the top, WGT time in blue on the next row:

  

  MATCH B ::  ColumbusStorm & mmyers0  vs        duffputt & JoeMaverick

  B :: The only overlap for the 4 of you is also weekends, and with mm's schedule it can only be Saturday. Thus, please try for this Saturday 10/24 between 3-9pm UTC (8am-2pm WGT time).

  Note: that because match has to happen Saturday, I have not yet amended Mikkel and Joe's Time Zone, which will change for end of Daylight Savings in early AM of 10/25.

  Following is the current proposal:

  Russ (ColumbusStorm): Saturday, 10/24, your Noon local time. Confirmed

  mmyers0: Saturday, 10/24, your 11am local time.

  Mikkel (duffputt): Saturday, 10/24, your 6pm local time. Confirmed

  C :: The only overlap for your group of 4 is weekdays, between 2pm-5pm UTC (7am-10am WGT time). Jaycen's preferred days are Tues-Thurs, so please try first for Tues, 10/27 at 2pm UTC (7am WGT).  

  Darn, unfortunately I will be busy in a workshop on monday and tuesday. So it will be better (to me) to schedule it on Thursday 29th, same UTC time.

  Glad to see all these responses and organizing happening...

  Quick URGENT note about this morning's planned final Fourball Match.

  We have a possible last-minute withdrawal from Ab1983, and so probably need another US sub.

  JJ656: you're first alternate. I doubt it works for your schedule, but if it does, please post a reply asap.

  Jerm65: is 2nd alternate... ditto ... not likely to work with stated schedule.

  I'll PM both of the above right now.

  Failing those, I think we're looking for another US player to be on standby to sub in. Looking at the spreadsheet, it seems BigKnight, jaycen129, and Young46 are the only viable players.

  I believe the game was set for the same time today as when they started on Wednesday, i.e. 9am WGT (1.5hrs from now) ... although I also heard tentative plan to make it an hour earlier at 8am WGT time.

  Would Remi or one of Teutonic Two please confirm when it's supposed to happen?

  Just heard from Remi (rfpoul) that the game was set for 8am WGT time (i.e. in 30 mins)

  (and just to complicate matters further, Remi is being moderated, so his posts aren't appearing right away!)
