Chrome: Game crash when looking at player info

  I no longer have the ability to look at the player info by clicking on the player name - this never used to be a problem and always interesting to view stats and equipment and of course the request to friend.

  NOW - any time I click on player info - the game crashes and informs me that I have won and the game is over - of course it isn't really  - and a dead blue screen follows the messages.

  This requires me to close the game client window and relaunch via PLAY NOW on the home page.

  Obviously I have now lost one of my 3 disconnect lives .

  This is perhaps a fault in my Chrome browser,  but I would be interested to know if  WGT is aware of this bug - or if any other players experience the same issue.

  I play using the latest versions of Chrome and Flash and have not experienced that problem.  And I always look at my Alt Shot partner's wedges to see if they have a 50 or 60 yd  in case I need to lay up on a Par 5.

  And it probably will happen now that I've said that!

  edit:  AlbertoBQ reported the same problem as you in this thread.

  I think it has to do with looking while a player is swinging. I see it, too. Next AS game, Andy, try looking while a player is swinging. Have it open and then close it after you hear the swing. You usually get the closing messages and scorecard and then when you hit continue you get the blue screen.

  Get a disconnect when you do it with Maxthon - really annoying.

  It doesn't matter what browser a player is using,,there are far to many complaints about disconnects and other bugs being experienced by players using all available browsers to think it's the browsers fault,,it's on WGT's end period!!!!!!!!!!
