Thanks for taking the time to read my question. As I play this game I seem to increase in Level and I get points for stuff. Great. Then I get messages popping up saying that Club X is now available for me in the pro shop. When I'm in the game main menu and I click on anything pro shop, nothing happens. Question 1: How do I get these new clubs? Question 2: How does the Equipment Benefits meter work? I add clubs to my bag, but then the meter seems to say that the club I don't have in my bag is better. So I switch it back for the same result. Really confused on this one. Thanks again for your time.

Question 1: How do I get these new clubs?

First, understand that you need to buy or earn credits in order to purchase anything in the Pro Shop...nothing is free.  If a club is unlocked for your Level, all you need to do is click on Learn More and go through the buying process.

Question 2: How does the Equipment Benefits meter work?

If you are referring to the swing meter, it indicates how fast the game meter moves for each club.  The slower the meter moves, the easier it is to hit.

Not sure what you mean by this...but you can learn more about clubs and how to equip your bag in the FAQ Home over there---->

Bigtime. Probably the single biggest reason after buying those new clubs and rushing off to the tee you get disappointed in their performance. Cache files contain data about your equipment. New equipment comes with new cache info for the equipment.

Personal experience-bought the Satin 90 wedge when it first came out. Rushed right out to try it and felt quite ripped off because it was no better that the starter club it replaced. Came here and cried about it only to learn what cgrade said. Cleared the Flash cache and got what I paid for with a little extra egg for the face.  :-)

Gosh darn, dont wanna be a copycat, but i have found the cash draining option in the pro shop as well. that g10 and gi-sd balls kinda warrant you 'try' something your mind tells you not to.

    GOODNESS I HAVE FUN HERE
