    landonlee:

I know what individual did this and had the same problem. Here is what happened to me as I described in a message to WGT: (I was refunded)

I made a request on September 6th, 2015 regarding the same matter as today! I still have the email that you wrote and did everything you told me. I have submitted a report by right clicking on the screen. I lost 1,600 credits this time again to my opponent. I am thinking this is either a course problem or an individual cheating the system (I think it is a lag switch cheat tool); it was the same problem after being 1 up through 1. Their screen was loading and after waiting 2-3 minutes I had to disconnect and wait for them to connect. I did this twice, then he disconnected (which should be their 3rd one because I waiting 3 minutes each time, but it didn't count as a disconnect) but I got the Error Message and lost 1,600 credits.
I am not going to play this individual again, that's 3,600 credits I have lost (the first 2,000 9/6/2015 was refunded back to me). I just find it suspicious and would love an answer, the opponent is claiming it not to be my fault and has already deleted my messages.

Now Yiannis1970 has had problems with the individual! I didn't name the person, but his name is on our profiles.

    Exactly that my friend!!

Ok, let's take things from the start...

Challenge game (his game). Oakmond for 2000 credits. First hole, all well. He did a nice birdie and was 1 up. Timer at 30 seconds.

Second hole and here we go...he starts spinning for at least 5 minutes. No overstatement here, remember i have everything in screenshots. Not this one though, cause i wouldn't have guessed what was coming up. After 5 minutes of spinning, i decided to refresh. Thought it was some usual glitch provoked by wgt...no way sirs!!

As i came back, i got a blue screen (oh come on wgt!! THAT was your fault), so i had to refresh again. At this point i knew that a trird disconnection would be ''fatal'' for me so i crossed my fingers.

Still in the second hole i was waiting for him at least another 3-4 minutes and starting to wandering why he was keep spinning instead of being disconnected (after the usual 2-3 minutes). To make the long story short, i won the second hole and the game was AS.

    Third hole:

After 7 minutes of spinning without disconnection (i have a screenshot showing 5 minutes in the clock) we play the hole and iam going 1 up.

    Fourth hole:

Doing my drive...and waitin, waitin, waitin..

For how long? Make a guess...5 minutes? 10 minutes? 15?

    Nope..

From 17.39 since 18.26!!! Almost an hour spinning without disconnection!!!

And the best is yet to come:

During the game and while waitin, as i understood his scam, i went to his profile and wrote some messages. Of course, he deleted everything..no problem here, it's his right.

As we were ''playing'', his light sign was red and showed busy. Now listen the ultimate joke:

He disconnected from the game at 18.10 and in our match he was keep spinning until 18.30!!!!

Time in which i disconnected for the third time and lost the match and my credits.

For all the above, i have collected 19 screenshots that prove everything i described. I 'll send the pics to wgt staff and hopefuly we will sort it out.

Way to much creating/glitching here so my advice is STAY AWAY from credit play.

    @Yiannis1970

I know who you speak of.  Don't worry, I do not believe that person is cheating.  When challenging folks here, the average showing for them is not reliable.  A lot of people play practice rounds and learn the game that way.  They purposely keep a high average because in their mind, they think it will give them an advantage over the opponent.

When I play challenge matches, I assume the person is better than me, whatever the average showing in their profile.

And I lost to this same person just a few days ago, @ Oakmont.  I had my chances though, missed a few easy putts and that is on me.

I would guess the player in question is a true 58-60 average player.  Not that it matters though.  I would play the person again anytime if the opportunity presented itself.  And the 30 second clock is a must for this person, which I too don't mind.

Wish you all the best in your game.

Thanks for the wishes my friend, but it's not my case. Therefore this thread reads 'thieves'' and hustlers and not only hustlers. I have encountered some hustlers in my game but never reported them because u can't prove hustling.

    Here is another story...

    Be well. :)

Seems we could put to use all those free give-away balls that WGT clogs our bags with, we will golf ball him to death.

Tis easy as his trick is old.   His trick has been used here on WGT for going on 3 years now.  WGT with proof will ban him.  So if you sent your pics then he will surely be ran off.

For those of you who don't know how these cheaters are doing this.

There is an internet connectivity switch on a lot of laptops.  You know the switch you have to turn on to access the internet.    Sometimes you can accidently hit this switch without knowing and may take you a few to figure out why you cannot connect to the internet.

Well all you have to do during matches is turn that switch on and off.   Thus how these cheats are Spinning and Spinning without being disconnected.    Its a Shame really.
