  Sham:

  Has WGT planned ahead and brought in extra customer service staff for the weekend? 

  The way WGT is going with crashes, disconnects, blue screens and the dreaded white screen !  I am going to imagine Customer Support is going to be overwhelmed with requests for CC Passes to be refunded.

  You realize of course that "down for maintenance" means adding and changing commercials and pop-ups. The real stress on the system.  If you have Adblocker or pop-up blockers make sure they're off or they will kick U out.

  I am sure the persons performing the maintenance will have all the knowledge and tools available to them.

  What concerns me is, did the chief tell them what to fix, add on, delete?  If so it is going to be a mess again.

   I have suggested (As well as many others) that a  person with enough knowledge be put in charge of the daily maintenance, service, what ever it needs, who operates with only very limited input from the chiefs.   This would hopefully do away with band-aid repairs,     My Nickle.
