Missed cut in bracket without playing or missing deadline

  It is showing that i have withdrawn, though i didnt play or missed my deadline.. for every played WD is showing. Round 3 ended without starting and when i entered it is showing round 4 ends in x hrs.. all the players are out..

  Unfortunately, there's no hint that you played rounds 1 and 2 - were you on mobile?

  Either it was a Speed Bracket, easy to miss with 15 to 30 mins per round, or you stepped into a faulty Bracket which occur sometimes - hope you lost no credits.

  @Ms. C: Why shouldn't he play a Bracket on his first day?

   @ Alosso even if he played it on mobile it would  show up on his score history on the web. Mine always do.

  so maybe that tourney was on his other account.

  How can i upload a screenshot with my mobile, can sumone plzz help. I took a screenshot of it. And yeah i had to create a new profile just to write in dis forum so its not that its my first day..
