    Since par 5 and par 3 courses are not included in your scoring average.  Then why should it be included in your other stats, like putt averages, etc.

    that;s because you still have to putt and drive them. the reason it's not included in average is because it's skewed being par 90 or par 54.

    Here's the caveat:

    How many holes would you actually eagles on the par 90:

    Then compare it to a regular par 72 or 70 course, and how many birdies one generally gets.

    Hence those stats do become skewed.
