Okay man.  This is beginning to get out of hand.  In the past weeks or so I get this error where I have a blue screen.  No big deal right?  Just relog and continu on with my ReadyGo.  Here's where the ridiculous part comes in.  As soon as I log back in it says my ball is OB and now I'm hitting 3, or 5 (happens multiple times on occasion; 3 times today on one hole!)

So it cost me $2.00 a pop for each ball and a WD from the tournament.  Now even though I'm currently winning a fair amount of $$ in ReadyGo's its annoying as hell to replace the cost of the lost balls, let alone the damn price of entry forfeited.  I've probably lost 15-20 balls to this error in the past 2 weeks.

I use FF browser and do all the other "clear flash, clear cookies", etc etc.  The blue screen OB balls started happening back at the 7/31 update and apparently is getting worse?

I would love to submit a bug report but everytime this happens the report just miraculously wont work!?  Seriously?  Is anyone else having the same problem?  I would love any guidance on what to do.

Hey 11BC2, Here are some things to try to help minimize the issues you have been having:

    - Close other programs, browser windows and browser tabs

    - Have the wgt.com website open but minimized and not displayed

    - Play WGT in the original window size, do not maximize it to full screen

    - Turn off Reflections, Flag Animation, Background Loading, Avatar rotations, and WGT Lessons in your Options

I also has CS throw an extra sleeve of balls in your account to make up for the ones you've been losing.

Thanks for the reply.  The balls are a nice token that some issues are out there.  Unfortunately, I already play and do everything you've listed.  I actually far exceed what you suggest.

There's been quite a few blue screens and disconnects in ALT since 7/31 too.  It's frustrating to say the least.   I typically have 2-3 days with no problems at all then all the sudden, BAM, I get the errors non stop.  I'm thinking its some sort of WGT server issue but who knows?

I'll give a few more tries and see what happens.

    Cheers.  Sean.
