Profile page not loading....

    This seems to be an ongoing issue for WGT. It takes me at least 3 attempts to successfully navigate to my profile page, with my browser searching for the page for at least 30 seconds every time. It's been like this for months now and I know others experience the same problem. No probs getting the Pro Shop in 0.25 seconds though.

    Can anyone out there offer up any solution to this? Is it a problem with my pc, browser or anything else?  If it's not a problem my end then I'm fecked, WGT clearly aren't going to fix it :(

    I've noticed this too, but for me it usually happens when i'm trying to access my CC. 3, 4 sometimes even 5 times I try getting in.

    I've gotten the oops page about 50% of the time recently trying to access my profile, CC, or private messages.

    same here in E Europe, but it runs better on safari ...BB - U owe me a match pls - I'm ready...

    WGT's got it covered no doubt in the performance improvement noted on the Product Releases.  ;-)

    getting the oops message here too when trying to access my profile and CC....not all the time but occasionally

    This problem is getting ridiculous now. C'mon Icon an explanation would be nice, better still some advice as to how to solve the problem please!!!

    The problem seems to be a lot better in the past 2 days. I was getting it almost everytime I tried to access my profile until then.
