I have always played every day between 8 and 10 pm.  I played tonight 10/18/15 and the date is showing 10/19/15.  Not only is this incorrect, but it has reset my days played.  I had almost 300 days in a row played, now it is back to 1.  Please look into this and correct this as soon as possible.  Thank you!.

I posted this to a similar post.

Why, after playing 192 consecutive days has my total restarted at ONE

    I PLAY EVERY DAY

    SO i DONT UNDERSTAND

    CDP

Understanding Consecutive Days Played, you need to know three things.

    1. UTC timezone and how it relates to your local time.

    2. Next Day In is the countdown to the start of your day in local time.

    3. What the green check-mark or the red exclamation-mark mean.

To determine went your day starts, add the countdown timer to the local time when you first load the game. In my example, my day starts 10 hrs and 39 mins. which is 6:00 PM my time. So screenshot time (7:21am + 10:39 = 18:00 hrs or 6:00PM)

Seeing a green check-mark, I know that I will only be credited for another CDP after I finish a game (any kind of game) after 6:00 PM my local time. Had it been a red exclamation-mark I should finish a game before 6 PM to be credited a CDP.

So it is conceivable to get 2 CDP in a 24 hour period or reset your CDP to one day, if you play at the right or wrong time.

In which time zone are you?

Assuming you are on Eastern Time (EDT), it's a dangerous time, as midnight GMT happens at 8 pm EDT. Then, finishing before 8 o'clock would be playing in the former day and maybe missing a day. Other US time zones are safer because the new day in GMT comes earlier.

There's a difference between tournaments and other ranked games. Some seem to be shown in GMT rather than PDT/PST.

Apart from the comfusion generated, it's not incorrect but shows that you may have missed the "good" time to play, either that night or the night before when you may have played earlier. Or, you failed to finalize the game.

IMHO, there's nothing to correct, and WGT never reinstalls the CDP number. You just have to take care of when you play and look for the green check mark.
BTW: One hole practice is enough!
