Gary really worked hard when he gathered together this archive of  advice and tips from top players and the forums, and has created a great resource for all WGT players.

He was a very nice guy to chat and play with but sadly I haven't seem in quite a while.

I hope that, wherever he may be, he is happy and content. One of the good guys for sure.

Unfortunately I never played with Gary, but the way he was willing to help others enjoy this game was remarkable. Yes he received help from other generous players, but he went out of his way to help and was like a sponge in taking that advice..

Gary, I hope your health is improving - you have my full respect sir.

Amen.  I was directed to Gary's site and it was the first step in starting to learn this game.  Also thanks to Kilbraur for her course note and tips.  It all makes a hugh difference in playing.

May the Good Lord bless you and keep you Gary.

When Gary approached me asking if he could make a "Yancy" sub-page on this site, it was the best kind of "appreciation" one can imagine.

Happily, I helped just a little (he did 99% of the work) - and I was going to go back and add more. Maybe, I still can.

Thinking positive. Gary is a WGT legend for the ages, and his style of writing is so very "common man" and thus easy to read and use the info shared.

Maybe one of his CC buds could back-up this site from his server -- and thus it could be easily re-published if needed.

    Sincerely, I am Yancy
