TY Courteney, but can you be a little more specific?...lol
The only time you get charged more than 1 hit on a ball is when you take a mulligan. I think the total is 3 ... 1 for the hit and 2 for the mulligan. I do not use premium balls so it is of no concern to me, so your mileage may vary.
I suppose it depends on how many hits it takes you to get it out of the rough. ;-)
Not sure. I stroked an eagle from the rough just yesterday. It didn't seem to affect the ball in the end.

From WGT - all hits from rough only count 1 hit to the ball. I'll inform others who think differently that thought otherwise.
