I wish you the best Gary in your pursuit of a director position, but I have to say you have a unique way of typing, and it is not particularly easy to read, and if the position required posting in the CC Forum, it would turn most people off.

But like I sad, good luck.

I have to agree with Alan...Also, the fact that you are very junior in tier and would obviously be new to any CC you join. Director positions are usually based on merit and experience within the CC...at least established ones...I suspect you will have to prove your qualities over a period of time, before being considered for a senior position.  It took me a year, and even longer for others, within my previous CC.

Good luck though...you certainly seem to have initiative.

Gary most owners pick players who have been in their CC a long time  as directors. Players that have shown a genuine concern for the well being of the club and its members.

Hi Gary, if I may make so bold, could you please keep the capital letters for the beginning of sentences and proper nouns, thanks.

Owners, directors and members of good CC's are passionate about, and proud of, their clubs. I really can't see any established club immediately giving director status to an unknown newcomer. Being a director is a privilege but with it comes a lot of work and responsibility. You have to know how a club ticks before you can help run it.

If you need to have a position of influence immediately, why not start your own club?

....you said nothing about "only serious owners" replying...I doubt "serious owners" even will reply, except to echo what has been said. Your post stated you were "looking for answers"...you got those answers...from experienced veterans of CCs...and their answers are the correct ones.

ps. honestly bro, given you are a pro with only a month on this site, listen to the collective advice and move forward.

    Hi Gary,

I'm just wondering why you didn't offer your services to the owner of American Muscle CC which you joined just a few days ago ?

Oh, my apologies - I see that you've left that CC already ! ! !

    Good luck.
