What is the meaning of "soon" in WGT lunguage ?
More one year ago, they write bank and new level over 16 are coming soon. So we dont dont know what is a bank or a level 17 for a CC, just understand that "soon" means more an year.
And that we already know : an event which have an probability >0 will inevitably happen one day or another, except WGT bankruptcy
