Disconnects due to server

   WGT, I was playing a match play game. The wgt disconnect came up during my swing. I did not click other than the retry on the message. It reconnected and hit my shot plumb through the meter and dumped my ball in the water. Was a brand new ball and I would like either the ball replaced or a refund on the credits for the purchase of the ball. I have been a member of wgt for many years. And this is the worst I have ever,, I mean EVER seen this game. You all need to get your ducks in a row or start making everything here totally free. You cannot in good judgement or at least I could'nt charge people for a product so inept.

  Wow you are a such a regular user and obviously have spent a fortune on the game, possibly even single-handedly kept the game afloat. 

  Yes the game has issues but it still is great value especially when you are using a 37c ball. Yup 37.333 cents and you are having a rant. WOW!

  Getting the retry message usually is at your end (I had the same issue a while back using an older wifi network) so perhaps you could also write to your internet provider, router maker and candlestick maker to claim a refund as well.

  I am sure CS will probably refund your ball, maybe also send you some of Paul Tons eye wipes.

  Trust me,,not a wifi or internet issue,, as they will always like you to believe.

  Rob...I checked your kit and I gotta say that I'm impressed you're still using an R9 driver (especially with that cheap ball)...the meter speed of that combo must be uber fast ... Some time ago, I bought an R9 and wgt sent me a free goat with it...I was in the rough so much off the tee, the goat definitely came in handy...I have long since upgraded from that wonky driver, but I kept the goat as a pet...:)

  I have no complaints about the ole R9,, lol Not in the cabbage as much as you think. lol I had extra drivers but for some reason back when they started the legend teres I was bumped up into it and all the extra clubs and such that I had where whiped out, never got an explanation to that,,lol
