Alternate Shot Putting Grid

  WGT.......A great addition the the Alternate shot format might be to allow team mates to view each others putting grid.  For instance......."Hey partner......from the looks of that nasty breaking putt.......better leave it 4 blocks to the right....."

  I personally think this would be a lot of fun to be able to view......what do you think???

  My first guess would be its easy to do.

  They already send the partner's avatar, putter, ball, location, front and zoom views they could already send the grid parameters for all I know so it may be something as simple as:

  ShowGrid(PlayerN)=True

  If they don't send the grid, the server, knowing who the partners are, could just send it and show it.

  If we wanted to also show where the partner's aim marker is, that would be much more difficult IMO as that is likely not sent to the server until the putt is struck.

  I like the suggestion and would be very useful as a training aid.  I could use some (= lots of) putting lessons!

  I agree.......

  I have been hoping-wishing-praying for this feature for a very long time now.

  It would also be nice to see your opponents grid, then you could decide if you're

  gonna concede that tricky wee 3 footer or not.

  Wont happen.

  However, if we were ever given he ability to go into a game as a Spectator (chat disabled) then we would see the grid.

   

  But, that aint gonna happen either.

  However if your partner needed some help from you, you could always oblige.
