Good greef!
I'm so sick and tired of all the nay sayers here!!! (OMG, Now II sound like what my parents used to be)!!! I think the CC vs. CC Clashes despite their flaws, are a very good idea. How about giving the developers at wgt... a break for a change and perhaps understand that it takes time to get all the little bugs worked (squashed) out!!!
Sure they are making a few $$$ on these things and why shouldn't they!!! Bottom line is, if they do not turn a profit, then there will be no game at all, so I for one have no problem with forking over a few credits and hey it's fun too---I promise!!! We live in a society that is based on making a profit and also a living, as I'm sure most of you all are too.
So, why is it that you all whine and complain about shelling out such a small sum to play a game that presumably, we all claim to love and enjoy??? If you are not having fun here and getting what you feel is your due---well, then I'd suggest that you find another avenue of entertainment!!! You absence, will not be missed, that I can promise!!!
As for the "Thanksgiving Basket" concept for the current CC vs. CC Clash, I find it kinda quaint and quite in the spirit of the season. So how about instead of focusing on the shortcomings, and yes there is much work to be done, but instead lets be constructive and pro-active with our criticism. Remember, you are no different then those who work at WGT! They have families to care for and believe it or not, they actually have feeling too, so how about be kind instead of mean. You just might be surprised by the result, just a small amount of kindness will bring!!!
