do not crawl and hide Piz. Man up, I read these forums daily and see you there. Always with the quick jab, pun intended jerk off to those who may or may not deserve.

My actions will always be civil. I ask only that when a question of merit, however small it maybe is asked of any member here, be treated with respect.

Not who cares about your sorry stats!

By the way, you being a level 83, master with a 66.50 avg. starting a month prior to me in 2010 is impressive. We are very close, "stats wise". You best me in several stats.

    Driving, putting, etc.

DO NOT TELL ME YOU DO NOT LOOK.

    YOU JUST DID!!

Want to play sometime? It will not hurt my stats, it may however hurt your EGO.

P.s. You want to bet he rents or gets new clubs for this match?

TIC toc, Time? Stats don't tell what's awaiting you.

    Have a nice day.

I reckon the fairays hit is very important too. Makes a huge difference to the second shot.

Here would be my suggestion.  Every club that I have used on this game has 19 movements while in the FULL swing mode.  So, all you have to do, is take the advertised distance of your driver and divide by 19.

Example:  255yd driver at full (19 movements) is just that...255yds. 18 movements,  subtract 13.42yds and you get 241.56yds...17 movements, subtract another 13.42yds and you get 228.14.

I think you get the picture.

So, knowing all the ranges at each movement you can use your driver, at a reduced swing, and still get credit for hitting the fairway.  Hope this, in some way, helps solve your depleting stat problem.

4nSpy you're giving me a headache. I drink when I play this game and play it only for fun! I don't want to worry about calculations!! lol. Besides once you get the hang and feel of your clubs it sort of becomes second nature as to how to hit them. Well in my opinion at least. I'm still workin' on it! ;)

That only works for the putter. For other clubs, the power drops off dramatically.

Was this post really necessary? Does it work for the putter? Which Putter.

Stop trying to be Jon Von Neumann.

    You're just some zagarackniziak.

Forgive me but pretentious individuals such as this have absolutely NO idea what they're talking about. Their lame attempt to sound "cool" or "in the know" on these god forsaken forums is their only wishful claim to fame. So pathetic.

OH and yes that was definitely an insult.. yet not a vulgar one. It has merit. So don't go crying to your WGT momma that "Lazarus insulted me!!! wahhh". lol

Mr.Zag  was giving correct info and at least trying to be helpful. Nivlac I believe, created a very helpful and informative putting tootorial (thanks Yancy lol). To my knowledge, this method only works with the putter.

    • With the 15 foot putter, it moves 3 times.   (5 feet per movement)
    • With the 30 foot putter, it moves 5 times.   (6 feet per movement)
    • With the 45 foot putter, it moves 5 times.   (9 feet per movement)
    • With the 90 foot putter, it moves 7 times.   (12.5 feet per movement)
    • With the 150 foot putter, it moves 9 times. (16.5 feet per movement)
    • With the 300 foot putter, it moves 9 times.  (33.5 feet per movement)

Thanks, Switz. Of course everything has to be adjusted for green speed and the specs of the particular putter accordingly.

You forgot the 60 foot putter, moves 5 times (12 feet per movement).

Not sure about the club movements scale..have to check that out....Yes, the putter movements scale does work!, depending on green speeds of course.

    Cheers

I look at the stats all the time, interesting figures in there sometimes. You know when you had a bad round, but looking at the stats it will tell you where you really stuffed up on, so you can try do better in that area the next time

I use the driver all the time, within reason and just lessen the strength when needed . There is an award for hitting all the fairways too which you have missed out on getting another notch, if you haven't got the Diamond yet.

    cheers

     Roger
