I see again that wgt have done all overseas players out of the prizes, you can only win if you live in the U.S and a couple of states in Canada so why say it is open to all countres when it clearly isn't.

I do not know specific of the prize/our limitations. But, it is open to everyone to participate, just only few can win. Due to our restrictions.

I believe it says so in the rules? I know it's frustrating..

States in Canada?     I'll have to check on that....     It just reeks of manifest destiny.

Provinces and Territories in regard to Canada

As for Pebble Beach Sweepstakes Rules

    More interesting facts:

14 US states cant compete in Ready Go's or Match Play Challenges

Canadians have to answer a mathmatical skill-based question to claim a prize

    Kinda crazy stuff   Eh?

    Happy Golfing

In the rules Quebecers aren't eligible either for some reason.  Must be the whole French thing.  Good cheese and all.  Je ne parle pas francais.  OK un peu.

    Happy Golfing
