As for improvements to your game, check out "game tips" in the forums. Some of the better players out here have been kind enough to share their wisdom and knowledge with the community. If I may suggest, there is a forum written by Iconian on chipping and pitching that I found very helpful, and one by nivac on putting that was equally beneficial. Making notes during rounds may be helpful as well.
