hillside chipping

  i have been stuck numerous times at bethpage on the side of a green using a half swing with a pw (have tried different clubs still the same). and get stuck shotting more than 1 shot. please fix this. just happened to me on the 4th hole.

  The chip shot is useless if you're more than a yard or so off the green. Use a pitch in that situation.

  Hi,

  There is nothing specifically wrong with the game, it is your shot selection that is incorrect.

  As GSpink1962 says - use pitch. I also use the flop a lot. But you'll need to practice, whatever shot you use.
