    :-) Very nice initiative.

    My first Christmas on WGT and can't wait for this to start.

    Being on CAT makes working out what time EST is currently and when it opens somewhat confusing - LOL.

    a little question if I may.

    If one requests something on Day 1 and is unsuccessful, is it permitted to ask again on future days, in other words  are we allowed to repeat the request for a gift ?

    Thnx siggi, it's not me but a lowly poverty stricken friend of mine.

    I think he's counting the minutes to midnight, haha

    His posts will in all likllehood be moderated, so I hope for his sake it doesn't spoil his chances.

    Thank you for your kind words.

    As you stated, it is because of the incredible generosity of the WGT community that have come forward, for the past four years to play Santa, some times twice a year, that makes this event such a success.

    Hey OeJ,

    So, does your friend have a name? Maybe Santa can keep an eye out for him.

    I hit snooze a few times when my alarm clock went off in the middle of the night so "Day 1" started about an hour later than I had hoped, but it is up and running and can be found here.

    Hey Mr C!

    A huge thankyou to you and your helpers!  I've posted a thankyou in the Day 1 thread, couldn't wait though for the censors to do their work. Forgot I've got to wait here as well  ;  )  Still in shock I guess!

    Out of my savings I'll be sending Manfred a sleeve of something or other!

    A very Merry Christmas to you and yours, all your helpers and everyone involved.

    For the first time in, God knows how long, I'm speechless!

    Santa my mammy has seen the gift of lev 48 Nikes and she said i had to say thankyou but share by passing something on to someone who is new to the game and has sh!t stuff , i mean less betterer stuff.

    So as per your askings and all that then i will look at closed days and graffiti let you know on your wall who ive sent to.
