might have been addressed before but searching it, there are too many messages to read an I'm inherently lazy....

I get this when I log on:

    Unable to parse asset: courses/Pinehurst8/PH8_H06/PH8_H06_Terrain_sub.zlib

    Retry load?

In the middle of a CTTH match, no biggie.....I wasn't doing too well anyway, BUT.....just bought the new Calloway balls and have eaten up some durability on them  I Don't wish to have the round repaired (I can live with it), but what about the wear and tear on a ball I can't complete a round with?  Granted, I put the wear on the ball, but If I'm not allowed to finish the round and reap the benefits, I should get a new ball......

    Hi

I think clearing cache should fix your issue.

    • Clear Browser cache: Click here for instructions.
    • Clear Adobe Flash cache: Click here , and click the "Delete all sites" button in the Settings Manager

I read through this and some other posts dealing with similar issues.  After the problem occurred again, I installed CCleaner and cleared out everything I could find.  Somewhere, in the mess of stuff I cleaned out, it was working just fine again.  So, I'd have to assume clearing the cache was probably the right answer...

    Thanks..!

Cleared the cache and cookies and still getting this message on every shot:

    Unable to parse asset: courses/StAndrews/STA_H05/STA_H05_Terrain_sub.zlib
    Retry load?

Any other ideas? Getting to the point I don't even try playing anymore.

Charger, you may be experiencing Internet connectivity problems, or you have something conflicting with your browser. A complete uninstall/reinstall of your browser may take care of your dilemma. It worked for me.

It helps to keep the Adobe web site manager cleared as well. Just leave the WGT website (media5.wgt.com) or you'll lose your game settings, and will need to reset them.
