  Of all the flaws of the game, this is one of the weirdest!

  Had it happen last night in a 3 player stroke play round.   I checked to see what a TM had for gear while playing with two TL's and got the end of the game screens.   

  Waited for them to pass and went blue screen.   Refreshed the game window F5,  and finished out the game just fine.  

   

  But I didn't go back to looking at the other players equipment.

  No, I suspect he's alluding to what happens if you click on an OP's name during a match. You get all the ending game messages, computed as if the game ended right there. If he isn't, this is what you see when you do-a premature ending with resulting crash. Hugely annoying as you can't trust looking to see what your partner carries for fear of this result.
