srellim234: I'd much rather see any real-life courses, even ones not on the PGA Tour, added to the inventory.
I totally agree, and personally I think the company should re-evaluate their direction. There would be many courses out there that are struggling and would relish the chance to promote their course/club. I am sure the only cost to WGT could be the photography and development costs.
However one does need to be careful as any course on WGT needs length - short courses just get eaten alive (even PB F9 is in the category).
I did look at the Event leaderboard at one stage, and points seemed on par to any event. However I cannot quantify this as to do an analysis, I would need to look at the previous events leaderboards - I cannot even find the latest one. Nearly like WGT are hiding these details!
Whilst players keep playing clashes, WGT will host them. Again if they were fair to all and based on skill, they would rake in the rewards; as it is they pocket what they can from those that keep playing them. Nothing wrong with that, just short sighted IMHO.
But short sightedness seems to run rife at WGT.
