I always wish i had chosen a cooler name but when you sign up for this you dont think you will still be here 3 years later, mine is my initials followed by the the fish i spend a lot of time trying to catch, not even sure why i chose 99 and even stranger that there was already an mbcarp on here

If it makes you feel better, the number 99 was worn by the greatest professional Hockey player to ever lace on a pair of skates...in fact, he is referred to as "the great one"..Wayne Gretzky..:)

    Boring but confusing apparently:

    Dave - my first name

D - initial of my last name

    wingdale - where I live

So stop asking if my last name is really Dwingdale.  :-)

    Dave

Jason is my real name and I was just going to add any number onto the end of it. Unfortunately a lot of the numbers were taken. Just for fun I thought I would write the word, number. Surprisingly it got accepted. I never thought I would be here 3 years. However, it's not a bad name, could be worse.

    PaulTon:

    My name-

     Paul - obvious.

Ton - the 'Ton is my local teams nickname Greenock Morton F.C. established 1874. Won 1 trophy of note in 1922.

My 1st game was 49 years ago when as a 4 year old I sat on my Dads shoulders, no clue what was happening but soaking in the experience. I've been addicted ever since and have seen my team bounce around the divisions without ever winning any major trophy.

I still go the games as often as I can, every year I think this will be the season we do something special, we never do and I wouldn't change one minute of it. C'mon ye 'Ton!

LMFAO, I turn on Fox Soccer channel and who's playing!

The Raith Rovers vs the one and only Paul Tons Greenock Morton....

I have NEVER seen either team on FS before, how the he!! did you do that Paul....

    Great thread!

I've got a nice compliment on my wall from "Zag" who said he liked my name. I'm quite proud of that.

I had a sales job selling office products like briefcases and office chairs. The cheaper ones were not leather, but naugahide. Changed the i to y for the music group I play in now. The Naugahydes play occasionally for the local Mexican eating establishment.  "Una cerveza, por favor ..."

I figured the name for "virtual" leather would be a good one for "virtual" golf.

    Keep it going. Who's next?
