Just bought callaway z's to try after using the spin ones, No difference to legend or callaway spin balls distance wise (exept when using driver), And got my first meter skip on St Andrews 17th to loose one immediatley..If youre going to charge us $3.00 per pack, at least sort meter out first, or is that what you want, extra income from expensive lost balls

I like the new balls, but a ball with the premium performance characteristics of these should not be available at such low levels. Not an elitist or anything, but the better clubs aren't available until you reach the 60's levels. These balls should be no different.

Balls in golf are comparable to the drinks in restaurants - it's what the best money comes from. So why would WGT, a business to make profit, limit the balls to the teetotalers that hardly ever lose them, or those that drink on the house?

    Food for thought.

These balls should be for legends only.  If WGT wants to give lower-level players a new option, they should've stripped the GI-SD2s and GI2-SD2s of their legend requirement, making the Callaways the new legend ball.

I haven't been reading the forums, but I'm guessing that people aren't too happy about pros and masters getting these.  If WGT keeps it up, there aren't going to be many legends around anymore.
