    Hi all

Have been a member for ages, but only started playing this great game about a month ago when I discovered the WGT app on Android!

I have a question about how equipment stats work here.

E.g. I currently have L32 R11 irons set.  At L52 I can get L52 Nike Vr Forged Irons set.  The only difference between the two sets are precision (2.5 vs 3.5) and forgiveness (3.5 vs 3).

With the differences in numbers being so small, what exactly does this mean in practice?  Would I actually feel any particular difference in playing with the Nike clubs?  I assume that Nike should be better since they are available 30 levels after R11s and cost more, but it is hard to know what to expect by looking at these numbers.

Similarly, L64 Nike Viper Iron set has the same characteristics as L52 Nike Forged, but with more precision.  Considering that I feel that my issues with precision come from my own mistakes (e.g. giving it too much power and not hitting ding, which is quite hard on a mobile phone), would I notice any other improvements between the sets (e.g. in stopping/backspin ability, etc)?

More generally, would any of the iron sets which are available to me now at level 56 or in the near future (and which have 3.5 meter speed) be a good improvement on R11s?  Or would I need to wait till one of the very high levels? I am generally happy with R11s but wish it was somewhat easier to stop on long shots.

If I were you, I'd wait and get the level 59 Ping G25 irons. They are high trajectory irons which will make a massive difference to your game. They are 4 on speed not 3.5 but that shouldn't put you off.

The irons  you have mentioned are only slightly better than what you have and not (in my opinion) worth the investment. G-25's are a game changer!

Thanks everyone for your suggestions.  Sorry, I was travelling without my laptop for the last few weeks so could not reply earlier.

I have followed the advice and bought L59 G25.  Great irons indeed - much better stopping power.  I reduced my average by a few points since.  The different meter speed did not really make a difference since the game stutters on my phone and I almost never hit the ding.

    Thanks again!

Before numbers were used there were dots, from none to 5. 1 dot was a big difference then and when they switched to the numbers, 1 dot became .5. So that difference between 2.5 and 3.5 is basically 2 dots and that is a very large movement.
