Who gets counted as a winner? Help

  I came TOP of the ctth leaderboard for january, at wolf creek, I've now noticed it says 3 winners will receive 500 credits at random drawing.  Where do they draw the winners from, the WHOLE leaderboard? or top 10? Was there a point putting in a score to go top, if 20th place is going to win anyway?

  Sweepstakes competitions do not reward the best... anybody who entered whether first or last has a chance of winning...

  Therefore maybe they should rename the competition: Furthest from the hole, because is there anypoint playing your best?
