Actually you need to have three wedges in your bag. Something along these distances for full shots: 50-60 yds ; 75-80 yds ; 100- 115 yds
You pick the ones that you like. the RTX's replaced the older Cleveland's that I use. Some folks prefer the TM ATV's. Just pick a set and practice. You can't go wrong.

There is actually a need for a 64W, a 60W AND a 56W! Use them to space the yardage gaps up to your PW. :-)
Overall, the vast majority of WGT players go with a three wedge combo. Unfortunately, WGT in their infinite wisdom killed the Tour Pro/Gorge wedges, as there is no 50-60 range wedge. Myself and other players still use the PING wedges as champions, tour legends, etc. Maybe in the New Year, WGT could change this erroneous era and re-establish the full set of PING level 40+ wedges.
Short game is critical. Not only do you need 3 wedges, you also need to learn how to hit a punch shot with those wedges. Doing that effectively gives you 6 wedges in the bag.
If Wgt made a decent Hybrid that went about 237yds to slot nicely between my 3 wood & 3 iron i would drop my 56degree/100yd cleveland straight away. My PW punches around 103yds so no need to carry the 56 wedge. My 64 degree and 60 degree are a must though.

But that 100W punches 84 and compared to how the 60W covers 80+ yards in winds, that punch is a superior way to get that yardage. The number of times you'd specifically use that HB pales in comparison to the number of times you'd be using that 100W.

My 80yd Clevo will go 84yds with 3 dots of topspin. It'll go 89yds with full topspin and then from 90-96 is the 2nd avatar movement down from full power with the punched PW. Then 96 & up is the 1st avatar movement down.
I honestly think a decent hybrid would add something to my long game.
I have the same clubs. Wind and a punch trumps a high lofted, choked, spun shot. Wasting a wedge spot on a HB is just not a smart move, especially when you have that accurate BB 3W and a Vapor 3i. One shot a round, maybe, with that HB? Rock on.

Hmm..YJ, I'm sure you meant inaccurate, right?
The BB 3wd is HORRIBLE as far as accuracy goes (good for getting down a fairway, though).
Especially terrible on tee shots. It's like hitting starter clubs/irons. Hit and hope.
