typing in forums and messages

  I have noticed in the last few days I could be typing a message to someone or putting an item in the forum when the cursor jumps back and you are typing into what you have already typed.   Damn just did it then, the cursor jumped back three words.

  I am hoping that this is a bug and can be fixed sooner rather than later.

  I'm with you Jenwren.

  When typing a post in the forums or in a private message and you hit "enter" to start a new paragraph.....the cursor, for some reason,  jumps backwards into the previous paragraph or two as opposed to jumping down to start a new paragraph.

  Very confusing.

  You could try typing into the HTML editor instead. You don't need to use any special code or suchlike, but new paragraphs and white space (more than one space between words) will be ignored so it'll come out as one big paragraph.

  If you want to be geeky and make a new paragraph in the HTML editor, just insert...

  <br /><br />

  ...into your text where you want the new paragraph to be.

  This used to happen to me regularly, it turned out it was me being clumsy.

  I was  clicking on the 'up arrow' and 'return' simultaneously, it caused the same problems as are being described here.

  Hmmm interesting comments and yes thought there would be some comical replies as well.  LOL

  Unfortunately no fat fingers typing here.

  Yesterday while typing in this forum my keyboard was totally hands free and I saw the cursor jump back so there is some sort of bug there.
