Do I have to sign up for MyView, or just complete the survey?

I just tried the MyView offer.  I haven't tried any other offers before, so I don't know how it's supposed to work.

The requirements of the MyView offer:
"Complete at least one survey. You must be 18+ years old and complete an entire survey to receive credit. You may do this up to once per day. Valid user information is required."

I completed the entire survey, then arrived at this page:
    http://atc.myview.com/prequal/r?identifier=36759129668813126394&o=21

"Thank you for completing the New Beverage Survey survey! Join now to accept your 700 points. You will now be automatically directed to MyView.com to join our panel. If this message stalls for more than 5 seconds please click here."

"click here" took me to the MyView sign-up page:

There was never anything on MyView to acknowledge that I had come from WGT or would be returned to WGT.  Maybe there's not supposed to be, but it would feel less sketchy if there was some kind of indicator throughout the process, or at least at the beginning and end.  The offer was for 75 WGT credits, but the message on MyView says "700 points".

    ...

Well, apparently my question has just been answered, as the 75 credits have appeared while I was away from this page for a while.  Still, MyView should make their end less confusing, and WGT should change "confirms instantly" to "confirms in minutes" or something like that.

also, you can only get credits for the 'my view' surveys once a day (i think).   It will let you take another survey the same day, but you won't get credits for it.  I learned the hard way; by not reading/believing the not so fine print.   For me the my view survey was the only one i could do daily.  Took forever to fill my bag.  The others, which pay more, were a lot more hit or miss.

also, the netflix offer is really good if you don't have a membership yet; I think 1750 credits for a $7.99 membership.
