  Contacted customer service today (Sunday) regarding an issue, got a reply and the problem was resolved in less than an hour.

  Have had good luck with CS in the past, but didn't expect to hear from them until Monday.  Getting the issue resolved so quickly, and on a Sunday, was the most pleasant of surprises...kudos to CS and tyvm!

  I've had to contact customer service a couple of times. They've always been great.

  Excellent to read this and see credit given where credit's due. 

  Heaven knows these forums are over-stuffed with brickbats so thanks for sharing a positive experience.

  I haven't had any trouble from CS when I needed help.  Well Done to them :)

  I have had one issues with CS in the past, but it was an sharp eyed Mod who noticed and the CS manager then contacted me and rectified the matter.

  The couple of other occasions CS were positive and prompt in resolving the issues.

  Don't think I had to contact them last year, never anything but helpful usually....

  But on a Sunday...now that's impressive !! ;-)

  I've never had any problems with CS, always fast to reply and very helpful. If only the buffoons in the ideas and technical departments were the same.

  Agree wholeheartedly.

  Always helpful and true to their word in my experience.

  Something tells me the CLASHES were not dreamed up by this department.

  Yep!

  They really do care and do an awesome job!  So nice to see someone finally posting something nice and positive here for a change!  I've always had great results with the customer service folks!

  Thanks to all of you for relating your positive experiences.  I see names of friends and potential friends, all of whom I respect and whose opinions I value.
