And now for the most difficult of tasks, picking a Zappa favorite.  At the tender age of 18 in 1969, I was already well into his music.  When he released Hot Rats I snapped it up asap and hurried home to listen.  I sat there awe-struck (and herb-dosed, of course) by the entire LP, but especially by the first cut.

That's a fine tune and all..but what about something one can listen to sober?...Like Mel Torme, Perry Como?, Frank Sinatra, or that romantic ballad by the duo of Marilyn Manson and Justin Bieber?

...hmm...may need to take a little "sumpin" for that last suggestion.

Wow..who knew he could move like that?..Fred Astaire, Michael Jackson, Gene Kelly...ha !! ...they got nothing on this guy.

True story, Perry Como was a barber...used to sing while cutting people's hair...that's how he was eventually "discovered"...they had no American Idol or X-factor back then...lol

    thanks for the funny post..:)
