    Hi all,

I am trying to see if anyone knows how to shut off email notifications as I keep getting around 25 to 30 emails per day which is overwhelming at this time.

    Thanks,

    Glenn

    Partsman,

I don't have them shut off, but I do have them going to their own folder, this way I can skim through them at the end of each day.  Then I can click "delete all" in the folder when I'm done.  Saves my inbox.

    Good Golfing

    Hi,

I assume those are from the threads you previously posted in and have the box below checked to email you replies. If so, I am not sure if there is a catchall solution. I think you have to go to each thread, reply and make sure that box is unchecked.

what box? and where is it?

i noticed on one of the way too many emails i get from here that you can turn them off. or so wgt say.

"You were sent this email because you opted to receive email notifications for any new posts made to the group CAMELOT.

    To unsubscribe:

    1. To unsubscribe from this item only, visit the item link and turn off notifications.
    2. To stop all notifications of any updated items from World Golf Tour, go to Edit Profile, click on the Site Options tab, then under Email Configuration, set Send Notifications to "No"."

i cant even see how to go to the bit that says edit profile and the link that is put in the email just takes me to the forum.

do wgt get paid extra to piss all the members off and never try to make things simple for people?

at the bottom of the screen here i see a box saying email replies to this post. but i have never clicked on that for any of my posts but i keep getting overloaded with junk emails from the site.

is there a way that i can force wgt to stop sending them?

if anyone decides to reply then please reply with an answer or valid comment regarding the topic

Over five months later, and still, no one has come up with a solution as to how to TURN OFF the email notifications... and, I haven't as yet been able to find where that blasted "edit your profile" link is located.

Hey Warren, the edit profile button is in the lower right corner near the top of your profile.

To stop the emails you have to unclick the box that is in the reply section at bottom left. Hope this helps.
