Im having serious trouble with the consistency of the meter.  I click early and it responds late. My connection is good the game loads nice but the meter is way off. Anyone seeing this in there games too.

If you are having trouble with the meter not responding to your clicks like you feel it should then in all possibility you have a mouse that has reached the end of its life. As the contacts inside the mouse wear the clicks take longer to register if at all. It is not always apparent in the windows environment because the time requirements are not as exacting as the meter on here is. Also if you are using a wireless mouse it could be that your batteries are getting weak or your receiver needs to be repositioned, Try a different mouse if possible to see if that is your problem.

One way to determine if it is the mouse (windows o/s) is check  the mouse settings.  You can look at the response times by using the double click settings.  Adjust the setting for fast or slow click and visually check how fast the folder opens or closes in the test window.  If it is inconsistent, then it is time for a new mouse.
