  yo all

  gonna put this comp back by 1 day because i have the matchplay comp going on as well and dont want them on the same day lol

  will post matches tomorrow and start monday which will give two complete weekends to make it easier to get the games completed,

  bear with me 

  will post tables at the same time to show you all what you have to do to get into the knockout stages

   I played my 5th round, Group 4 CC vs CC.  I played Bernard (Xthunderball) on Pinehurst.  I will put it this way:

   

  Bernard (Xthunderball)  had 19 Stableford points on the front 9  and 22 points on the back 9 for a total of 41 Stableford points

  Texsoon had 17  Stableford points on the front 9  and 16 Stableford points points on the back 9 for a total of 33 Stableford points

  Bernard (Xthunderball)  wins with 38 Stableford points to my 35 Stableford points.  He had to give me 2 points which I have added to my total here
  

  He is a Champion and he showed me why.

  This is it the last round,

   

   Its been  12 weeks of play and after this round we will have to say goodbye to 8 teams :(

  I hope all have had a great time and have made a few new friends along the way,that’s always my goal when starting a new comp.win or lose we are all winners,

   

   

  Group 1

   

  EROS  still lead the group but on by 5 points and have to play cosa nostra so that will be an interesting match to see who can get that top spot.

   

   Group 2

   

  the bats look like taking the top spot but any 1 of the three other three teams below could take that all important second spot,

   

   

  Group 3

   

  Wooden tee and the eagles look like going through unless NQHP can have a great game against the eagles,they have to go for everything.

   

  Group 4

   

  Uk golfers elite have blitzed our division and will be watching who gets that second spot in group 1,cant see the knights turning over the sharks for that second spot but you never know,golf is a funny game

  16^th to  to 30^th may

  RULES

   

  Each match will have a 2 week timeline to complete

  Any matches not completed on time will deemed void,want to keep the comp moving on,

  Any players refusing to play will forfeit their match,

   

   

   

  any player with a - 2 by their name must concede holes  4 and 16

   

   

   

  please player 1 get those invites out early.

   

  Message to captains

   

  Can you make sure all your players read the rules please

  Also ask your players to put scores and a short post on the forum,it takes a couple of minutes to do this and its good for the comp with so many posts on,

   

  Group, match number,teams,players and result that’s all I ask

  I will keep up with it as much as poss and don’t forget weekly reports captains thx.

  had a message off bubbs from SEL.some of the legend players have joined their club and want to go over now as the new quarter starts for them,i have said i have no problem with that and it doesnt make that much difference to the division as both will be going home after this round.

  Been fantastic Paul thanks.

  Yeah for 4 weeks we and LOTW have known we are to merge but due to us being in the world cup then out of respect we have held off.

  Now as we both can't qualify then we will play our match with each other out of SEL. Believe me both don't want to be bottom of group so we will be putting it all in.

  Well done qualifiers after this round and also well done to those missing out. No shame in it as there's been some great teams in this....in fact every team is top class.
