I've befriended Jim Cruz and he's accepted. However, when I go to his page (using Chrome and Maxthon browsers) it still says "add friend" and doesn't give me the option of sending him a message. This is a long standing WGT bug. Once of several I encounter daily. I've posted on Jim's wall alerting him of this bug. If anybody from his club can ask him to try to message me, i'd appreciate it.
