Hopefully our last match gets played this afternoon Tazzy v Mike.

I just want to say on behalf of myself and team what a pleasure this fixture has been. Nothing but good reports from everyone about their opponents and i've had the pleasure of dealing with Chris along the way and many laughs have ensued.

A great bunch of guys at Legends of the World and best of luck going forward. Til we meet again :)

The mini world cup of golf 2016

Hello all

Third round completed and everything ticking along nicely.captains and players are doing their best to get their games in on time,thx all

We had one incident this round where a player saw the green light and invited their opponent without sending messages,

I cant blame them really because its hard to get these games sorted but as I have said in the arranging rules.

Invites first then messages between other to find a convenient time to play,if we stick to this there should be no problems.

Halfway and cant call a winner in a few of the groups,

Group 1

The top two EROS and cosa nostra had a hard fought battle with EROS just edging it this time.will be an interesting last match between that pair.

Group 2

This group is gonna go down to the last match,the bridgestone team have started to find their form,SEL have lost a few points against the impressive bats who take top spot,still very tight only 11 points separate the whole group.

Group 3

wooden tee have done a Jordan spieth I think and the eagles have blitzed them.NQHP have shown their true metal in hammering the brave hearts to open the group so anyone of 3 teams could win it,the brave boys from up north are slowly dropping off they could do with a few wins to catch up,

Group 4

Uk golfers elite had a few good bounces against us,very lucky to take 18 points off us lol,and pushed us into last place thx

The sharks have took advantage and secured second spot with lv knights third,not looking good for us at all

Round 4

Strokeplay

18 holes Kiawah island

Start 15^th April and complete 29^th April

CTTH 17^TH hole par 3 bubbsboy sponsor

RULES

Each match will have a 2 week timeline to complete

Any matches not completed on time will deemed void,want to keep the comp moving on,

Any players refusing to play will forfeit their match,

any player with a + 2 by their name must add strokes to their final score

any player with a +4 by their name must add strokes to their final score

any player with a +6 by their name must add strokes to their final score

please player 1 get those invites out early.

Message to captains

Can you make sure all your players read the rules please

Also ask your players to put scores and a short post on the forum,it takes a couple of minutes to do this and its good for the comp with so many posts on,

Group, match number,teams,players and result that’s all I ask

I will keep up with it as much as poss and don’t forget weekly reports captains thx.
