  Many thanks for the game Lloyd. Enjoyed the round and but for Lloyd having a cold putter on the back 9, could / should have been closer still. Just managed to edge out a winner and points to UKGE with a 44 - 40 scoreline in the end by my reckoning for me.

  SEL V BRIDGESTONE

  Reporting a loss for SEL, not really my best night if im honest, i was scrambling from hole 1 , but having kept within a stroke thru 9 i was happy enough... Then it all went wrong.. Ian put together a string of birdies with great approach play from any distance . I sniffed a chance to come back on the 12th as his ball slid off the back. He pitched in though, leaving extra pressure on my 9ft swinger, Unfortunately i got a wgt sling shot and ended up with a 7ft return which i also missed. That was it for me, now 4 down ! Head gone, game over. Maybe he felt a bit sorry for me on the last couple of holes with a bogey or 2 lol...

  Thank god Aaron was being conservative with me as i was poor lol

  My irons were short but i was putting well from distance but then i missed 4 x 4 footers on back 9 which left me scratching my wooden head ;-)

  Aaaron missed a few by inches and im sure he was doing it on purpose lol

  Great fella he is, i know hes one of the top players on here IMO, and hes one of the nicest as well

  Kinda, if only cause you were running into such terrible luck on those short putts.....but only in reference to not being too risky on approaches as I was definitely trying to make all those putts lol! :-)

  It was fun watching you put on the long range putting display though, some really impressive rolls and it could easily have been a much different match had the shorter putts dropped as well.  Good luck moving forward and I'll see ya on the links again soon!
