  Game 2, Group 2, Match 2 - Congressional 18 holes

  GOGC Jets Davedwingdale  vs Big Bats Happy House sirbiffo

  DaveDwingdale wins with 63 +2 net 65 to sirbiffo's 69

  This had to be one of the ugliest rounds in the history of WGT.  I simply could not make a putt on the front 9 and biffo struggled also as evidenced by our matching 15 putts each. The air in the room was pulsating from the vulgarities spewing from me as I continued to be baffled by seemingly innocent 6 footers (and less).  As you can see from the back 9 card we both played solid golf until the 17th where biffo pulled his approach into some nasty rough and was unable to scramble out for par. I was able to breathe on 18 when his approach again went wide and I knew that a par meant victory.  

  Glad to be off that course for a while.

  Played my match against Tom Bigdaddie1 last night and I got off to a very good start with a birdie over first 3 holes. Unfortunately Tom was not having any luck with some of his putts.

  We got to the 8th tee and I was -6 and Tom +5 and he said he was having trouble seeing, so I suggested we can try play game again another time if he wanted.. We finished the 8th hole with the score at -7 and +5 and then he said he does not know why he is playing and said I must post however I want to and then he disconnected.

  So guess will let the powers that be make a decision, I did offer to play another time and even sent a pm mentioning this and did not get any response.

   

  So the game finished off with Tom disconnecting and forfeiting with score at -7 and +5 on the 9th tee.

  Back from my holidays,   I understand there were issues in  my absence,  thankfully it seems to be sorted and yes,   Tom has conceded the match and I concur with that decision
