I do not think so, because the most logical reason why TopGolf buy WGT is to acquire technology developed by WGT and more important WGT already have negotiated usage rights covering more than 20 Golf Courses. If what I say is true all we see in the coming months is the advertisement of TopGolf on their premises offering a wonderful opportunity to play golf in the most famous golf courses in the world at a fraction of the actual cost. Yes, WGT has the technology that allow us to play a FULL 18 holes round in 10 Golf courses, this can be done with SkyTrak simulator! But it is not accessible to all people by their high cost, $2000 for the skytrak platform, $ 200 annual subscription fee and you need to have a full set of golf clubs, one ipad and the space to accommodate the entire equip of the simulator... I imagine that soon TopGolf will offer all this on their premises including food, drink and other things that they currently offer.
I really don't see that we are going to get a big new thing in WGT for PC but for Topgolf in their in-venue offers to the public, this merger should be a game changing.
