over the last few days every time i play in a game at the end of the match weather stroke play or match play the screen freezes....help please

Multi player mostly for me but freezes on last player hit screen.+1
Alternate shot games are ending with losing team showing as forfeit after the game freezes. Losing bonus points WGT. Please do something to rectify the problem
Yep, had a the game freeze on the last shot of an AS tonite. Just thankful we made to the last hole though.
