No credits from carousel

    Just redeemed a 100 views and got nothing for them..should be 75 credits.

    Anyone have any advice please?

    Log completely out, then login and check your account. You should see something like this.

    2016-01-30 Live Gamer earned 75 credits Completed Offer 75 Cr

    I tried the same this morning. Redeemed 2 100 views and received no credits. Contacted them via the link at the bottom of Live Gamer window, you know, the ? mark. Sent another request this afternoon. Still haven't received any credits. 

    And ZioMio logging out didn't help either
