    HI John!

This is such an open-ended question, as there are many reasons why someones account could have been suspended.  First of all, has you friend attempted to contact WGT Customer Service???  Also I can tell you in advance that you personally message WGT CS, all they can tell you is that they are unable to share anyones account information and regardless of how frustrating this may seem, it is exactly as how it should be!!!

Most likely it's something that can be worked out, but that will most likely have to take place between the individual in  question and WGT Customer Service.  I can tell you from past experience, that they are a most understanding and fair bunch of folks, so you may want to advice your friend to approach them directly.

Also, if you and your club are fully in support of the person referred, you could have those in your club, message their support of him/her directly to WGT Customer Support in a polite, but persistent way to get them to reverse a suspension.

Just my observation, but WGT does play fair, so give this approach a try!

He should apply to WGT directly, e.g. by that mail account.

I'm guessing you mean someone with different numbers from yours, probably with the same IP address.

If this is so and it's another family member, for example, you will probably have to convince them of this.

I'd say they think you have/had multiple accounts.

I've no idea why, even if this was true, they close the account of someone not entering money games but buying two sets of everything yet chose to celebrate (in community spotlight) a hack and amateur with averages of 56 and 58 respectively.  I guess the first part is to their credit in a way but still seems daft, the second is inexplicable.

    Nor should they.

Like Phil said, have your friend email WGT-CS.  They won't talk to you since you are not the account holder, but they will help your friend and get it sorted out.

Thanks everyone, you pretty much got. Its a privacy thing and CS isn't able to give out account details on an account that isn't yours. Having your CC member message CS directly is the best way to handle this.
