I recently went in and bought some new balls. While buying credits I noticed a sign that said, Buying credits will decrease ads and delays or something to that effect. So what happens? I play and get ads anyway. More now than I did before. There have been numerous blank screens requiring resets. Considering the moneys that you receive for commercials it would behoove you to use it wisely and get your system working the way it should. As a player who enjoys my time playing, all these things are a great frustration. So the question is, Why aren't these things getting taken care of in a timely manner.

Get Adblock, I haven't seen an ad for years.

Good question, don't hold your breath waiting on an answer.

Well there's a conundrum for ya-take their money but don't let the ads interrupt the game. LOL

Better move on your part is to go get the free  AdBlock extension.  ;-)

adblock is not my issue so much as the frequent resets and commercials in between them. It's bad enough that we have to wait every time there is one. Which by the way is far too often. A commercial before a match starts I can see, but while we play, No.

With some sort of ad blocking plugin/extension you should NOT see any. If you are then I'd look at how they are set or get a better ad blocker. JMO.

The resets are an aggravation for everybody but seeing that commercial every time isn't. That's what Adblock eliminates. IDK what you're using but that link I posted above is what I have used forever. Been that long since I've seen any kind of ad or video, too.  :-)
