WGTdbloshoe: XP is continuously added throughout a game. So it doesn't matter if the game ends, you will still receive the XP you got in that game.

Uncompleted games usually provide much less XPs than completed games.
Through the game, only single XPs are added for each shot. Only on completion, the majority of XPs are added, e.g. 400 for an 18 hole tournament and up to 880 for Continuous Days Played Bonus, also any award boni.
You are correct if thats a MP SP game.. For AS and Match Play, it does give XP by the hole. So if u disconnect in AS on hole 5 you get 144+sundries.. The difference which might be affected due to the freeze would be if u're on 9th hole, does it count the 9th in the calculation(288+) or only till 8th (252+)..
Another thing I noticed 2 days back, after my daily XP game,as the EOG msg was being displayed, i hovered over the XP display... After continuing to the game client though, when I hovered over the XP bar, it was around 130 less than what I saw when I checked during EOG msg... Be nice if someone could check out if I need glasses or not lol...
